This role is crucial in delivering an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining high data integrity to accurately reflect the status of Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create job requisitions and publish openings through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Schedule both onsite and virtual interviews, ensuring a premium candidate experience while collaborating with executive assistants for efficient scheduling.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates and new hires as necessary.
- Draft offer letters and liaise with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure precision.
- Uphold a high standard of data integrity within the ATS for reliable reporting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within assigned responsibilities.
- Oversee new employee preparations, coordinating with support teams, scheduling, and setting up workstations.
- Manage the onboarding process, including the creation of new employee documentation, entering data into the HRIS, and assigning training through the learning management system.
- Administer background checks and drug testing, and perform employment verifications for third parties.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Human Resources or a related field within a professional services environment. Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System is preferred.
