Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; continuing education courses as required.
  • Experience: Two to three years of escrow experience, including front- and back-end experience.
  • Certification: Notary public and escrow officer licenses.
  • Industry Awareness: Technical knowledge of the closing process.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Escrow Closing Experience: One year of escrow closing experience.
  • Existing Client Base: An existing client base that will follow you to our company.
