Your Responsibilities:
+ Master of All Trades: Familiarizing yourself with the nuances of contracts from start to finish, ensuring timely, efficient, and error-free closures.
+ Detail-Oriented: Confirming that all documentation is complete to guarantee timely and accurate escrow closures.
+ Financial Oversight: Collaborating with lenders and underwriters to ensure that every detail is addressed for successful funding and transaction completion.
+ Relationship Builder: Cultivating and sustaining connections with key industry stakeholders—agents, attorneys, lenders, surveyors, and government entities—to facilitate seamless transaction management.
+ Business Developer: Engaging with new agents to earn their trust and confidence, creating opportunities to promote our services while providing exceptional support to retain existing agents.
+ Talent Developer: Mentoring escrow assistants to foster career growth; overseeing their work, providing guidance, and answering inquiries.
+ Closing Facilitator: Being present during closings to ensure a positive and memorable experience for agents and buyers.
Qualifications:
Required:
+ Education: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of continuing education courses as mandated.
+ Experience: Two to three years of comprehensive escrow experience, encompassing both front-end and back-end processes.
+ Certification: Notary public and escrow officer licenses.
+ Industry Knowledge: Proficient understanding of the closing process.
+ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
+ Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal abilities to keep all parties informed and to collaboratively resolve issues.
Preferred:
+ One year of experience in escrow closings.
+ An established client base willing to transition to our company.
