Job Opportunity

Silverman Theologou LLP, a reputable creditors' rights and business law firm, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Billing Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run daily financial reports to ensure accurate accounting
  • Update client information through our billing platform to maintain accurate records
  • Manage daily client-related billing entries for all departments and make necessary edits to ensure timely and accurate billing
  • Generate monthly invoices to clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform various administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the office

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience working in an office environment
  • Intermediate computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous bookkeeping/accounting experience preferred
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Punctuality and ability to work well under pressure

Benefits:

  • Starting salary $40,000 - $45,000 annually
