About the Role

Fidelity Partners is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to senior-level staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior-level staff, including coordinating travel arrangements, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between staff and management, ensuring effective communication and coordination of office activities.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate special projects, including data calls, workflow analysis, and operational improvements.
  • Policy Development: Research and propose new administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and company policies.
  • Training and Development: Participate in developmental activities, including studies and analysis of internal administrative operations, to achieve greater economy and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: Possession of a college degree or a high school diploma and four (4) years of related work experience.
  • Skills: Advanced computer skills, ability to perform complex administrative tasks, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience: Four (4) years of related work experience, including experience in administrative support, project coordination, and policy development.
