About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join General Dynamics Information Technology as an Executive Administrative Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior executives, including preparing and reviewing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including high-ranking officials, government agencies, and private sector organizations.
  • Coordination: Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and documents, both electronic and hard copy.
  • Time Management: Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience as an administrative professional.
  • Experience: Minimum two (2) years of experience working within the IC.
  • Certifications: Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrated experience in writing/editing correspondence and briefings for senior executives, and expert proficiency with MS Office products.
