The Regional Datacom Specialist will be responsible for driving business growth and managing existing accounts within our Datacom Team. This role requires a strong understanding of Datacom industry trends and a proven track record of developing new business opportunities and cultivating key customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities, maximizing ADI presence and market share in designated accounts and territory.
- Maintain and grow existing key customer relationships, defining and executing sales and growth strategies.
- Act as an escalation point and advocate for critical customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and client retention.
- Support the regional sales team as Datacom subject matter expert, demonstrating market knowledge and competitive knowledge opportunities.
- 3-5+ years of experience in the Datacom industry, specifically in Networking Cabling Infrastructure Solutions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
