Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Entry Level Business Marketing Associate to join our team at CW Business Development. As a key member of our marketing and management company, you will play a crucial role in client relations, customer solutions, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate for this position is enthusiastic, thoughtful, and passionate about creating a memorable customer experience and building strong relationships with our potential consumers. As an Entry Level Business Marketing Associate, you will provide premium customer service and sales support across various communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for customers, listening to their needs and advising on solutions.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining client relationships, providing consulting and support throughout the purchasing process.
  • Stay knowledgeable about our products and services, including pricing and offerings.
  • Contribute to business development by assisting with customer service and sales strategies.
  • Learn about location operations, including territory analysis, workflow methodology, and personnel management.

Requirements:

  • Preferred 1-2 years of customer service, business, and/or sales experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve and be solution-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Capacity to learn new client services quickly and maintain a professional customer service demeanor.

Before working directly with client services, Business Marketing Associates will have access to entry-level training that prepares them to answer potential questions, troubleshoot topics, and suggest alternative service options.
