At Full Sail University, we seek a highly skilled Business Solutions Analyst to join our Information Media and Technology department. This role is a key member of our solutions management team, responsible for providing ongoing support to stakeholders, performing regular research and discovery, as well as analysis and support for various technology projects.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides support to Solutions Management/Project Management/Product Management teams.
  • Works with the business to capture and document requirements using a range of techniques.
  • Discovers and documents the as-is process by applying various process modeling techniques.
  • Participates in recurring Project Review Board (PRB) and other associated business and technology meetings.
  • Works independently on small to large and complex projects without the need for supervision.

Required Skills:
  • 3 or more years of experience in solution/product management and user relations.
  • Basic or better business process planning skills.
  • Basic knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of the SDLC (software development life cycle).

Desirable Skills:
  • Basic ability to effectively interview individual users or groups of users to develop user stories.
  • Basic ability to lead the capture of user requirements through user stories.
  • Basic ability to develop specifications for solution developers, or other solution providers.
  • Basic ability to prepare and deliver presentations.
