The Channel Sales Enablement team at Apple is pivotal in crafting seller capability plans that align with our strategic priorities in collaboration with channel partners.

Our main objective is to empower Apple's channel sellers with the expertise, skills, and resources necessary to serve as trusted advisors to their clientele.

We seek a candidate who possesses a profound understanding of business and public sector sales processes.

Responsibilities:

In this position, you will:

  • Lead initiatives for sales enablement and cultivate a proficient community of channel sellers.
  • Concentrate on delivering micro-training, fostering ongoing engagement, and collaborating with partner teams to comprehend their customer needs.
  • Drive sales expansion by closely collaborating with Channel Partners and Apple’s cross-functional teams, ensuring that initiatives are in harmony with our comprehensive sales and pre-sales technical services enablement strategies, with a strong emphasis on a customer-focused approach.
  • Utilize extensive knowledge of channel partner enablement methodologies, tools, and challenges, including formulating strategies through direct collaboration with partner Learning & Development and CRM teams, assisting sellers in engaging with customers throughout the buying journey.

Key Qualifications:
  • 4+ years in roles directly interfacing with sales teams and partners, including experience in training and supporting channel sales teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively with executives, partners, and customers.
  • Experience in evaluating sales materials and utilizing training management tools.
  • Proficient in Keynote, Pages, Numbers, Excel, and Quip.
  • Able to collaborate with various teams to develop and enhance training materials, particularly in simplifying technical content for sales teams.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.


Compensation & Benefits:

At Apple, base salary is one component of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This allows for growth as you advance within your role.

The base salary range for this position is between $133,900 and $201,300, and your base salary will be influenced by your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become shareholders through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.

Employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount through Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
