Position: Manager, Premium Sales

Overview:

We are in search of a Manager for our Premium Sales division, tasked with the responsibility of marketing and selling premium suites at Barclays Center, along with premium season ticket memberships for the Brooklyn Nets. This position will involve corporate business development as well as direct sales to consumers through various platforms. Successful candidates will have the chance to advance their careers within our organization and enhance their sales expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with decision-makers in targeted accounts through outreach, scheduling, and presentations
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets established by the Senior Director of Premium Sales
  • Utilize Salesforce to monitor sales activities and generate reports
  • Provide insights on sales strategies and organizational culture
  • Mentor junior team members and serve as a role model
  • Attend games and special events to fulfill sales objectives
  • Contribute to special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, ideally in ticket sales for a professional sports organization
  • Demonstrated success in meeting revenue goals
  • Experience in B2B sales and engaging with senior-level decision-makers
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in delivering in-person presentations
  • A Bachelor's degree is required

Compensation:

$70,000 - $90,000 plus commission

Work Setting:

This role will primarily be office-based, with occasional attendance required at games and events, which may take place on weekends and holidays.
