Honda General Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a General Sales Manager at Bay Ridge Honda. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Honda sales department.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Effective Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans to meet and exceed company targets, driving revenue growth and market share.
- Lead and Develop the Sales Team: Supervise and train a high-performing sales team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and sales results.
- Market Analysis and Competitor Intelligence: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional service.
- Inventory Management and Pricing: Manage inventory, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales and profitability.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data and generate reports to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Proven Sales Management Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a sales manager in the automotive industry, preferably with Honda.
- Strong Leadership and Management Skills: Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Sales Process and Strategy Knowledge: Solid understanding of sales processes and strategies, including customer relationship management (CRM) software.
