We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Tradesmen International. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for obtaining orders or contracts for our services, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Main Responsibilities- Sales and Business Development: Create and grow sales by maintaining and exceeding sales goals, communicating client needs to the operations team, generating sales leads and prospects, and making direct sales calls and presentations to clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients by following up with registered clients, building ongoing relationships with client senior management and office personnel, and conducting follow-up communication after field employee dispatch.
- Field Employee Management: Prepare field employees for assignments with clients, build field employee relationships by calling working employees and visiting jobsites, and manage field employee issues in a proactive and professional manner.
- Information Management: Maintain client sales files, attend required meetings, complete sales activity reports, and respond to work-related injuries.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build strong customer relationships and communicate effectively with clients and field employees.
- Self-Motivation and Goal Orientation: Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with a strong desire to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with clients.
- Regular and Predictable Attendance: Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
- Computer Skills: Familiarity with standard computer systems and CRM systems is helpful.
