Job Title: Account Executive

As an Account Executive at Tradesmen International, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients. Your primary responsibility will be to obtain orders or contracts for Tradesmen's services, educating contractors about the company's value proposition and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Generate sales leads and prospects through cold calling, canvassing, and other means
  • Deliver presentations and pitches to clients, showcasing Tradesmen's services and benefits
  • Manage and transmit information to support the sales process, including maintaining client sales files and attending required meetings
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and field employees
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic
  • Familiarity with standard computer systems and CRM systems is a plus
