Job Summary

Comcast Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing territories and driving sales of Comcast Business strategic products and solutions in new markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and manage mid-market and enterprise, multi-location commercial customers through direct and partner channels.
  • Design and deliver live sales presentations to prospective clients, develop relationships with clients and the community, and position the Comcast Business brand as key components of the sales strategy.
  • Actively research and generate new leads with targeted businesses through various prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
  • Stay abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Comcast Business Services in the marketplace.
  • Retain customer base by delivering on the Comcast credo, ensuring a superior customer experience, and maintaining and building customer relationships to drive customer retention.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure operational efficiencies and service levels meet and exceed customer expectations through strong customer service orientation and excellent follow-up skills.
  • Maintain accurate and quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports as required.
  • Attend out-of-the-office meetings with customers on a regular basis and demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills, including presenting, persuading, and negotiating.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of network design, SDWAN, and network security.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
