About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our commission payments and incentive compensation team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of paying sales commissions to our global sales organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee monthly calculations and review payments for accuracy for all sales commissions, including bonuses, spiffs, guarantees, and other incentive programs.
  • Manage all aspects of Company sales incentive plans, including configuration in Xactly and modeling in Excel.
  • Prepare monthly account reconciliations and set up and maintain all People records in Xactly.
  • Partner with Sales Operations teams to ensure sales billings credits are reported accurately and timely each month to meet critical monthly commission accrual and payout deadlines.
  • Respond to compensation-related questions from sales representatives or people leaders.
  • Update and maintain monthly reporting material for leadership for monthly commission review meetings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's in business administration with an emphasis in Accounting and Finance.
  • Minimum of seven years directly managing a team.
  • Minimum of seven years experience with commission calculation and analysis.
  • Knowledge of financial processes involving month-end accrual accounting, forecasting, compensation plan management, and commission calculations.
  • High degree of computer literacy and skills in specialized software related to department operations, including ERP accounting systems, databases, spreadsheets, and word processing.
  • Ability to prioritize and efficiently work through large Excel files.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, to make presentations, and respond to inquiries by senior management and/or employees.
