Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the Customer Success team, focusing on client engagement, relationship management, and customer retention initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to a team of Customer Success Managers, fostering their professional development.
- Manage the complete post-sale customer journey, including support services, renewals, and account oversight.
- Formulate strategies, streamline processes, and deploy tools aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and growth.
- Establish and monitor critical success metrics, delivering insights and reports to senior management.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure customer insights are integrated into business strategies.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in customer success, with at least 4 years in a SaaS leadership role.
- Proven track record in developing and scaling customer success operations.
- Strong leadership capabilities with an emphasis on continuous improvement.
- Analytical thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Exceptional communication skills, with experience in engaging diverse audiences.
- Experience in facilitating technology adoption in conventional sectors is advantageous.
- Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, and Notion.
