Role Overview:

As the Team Leader, you will oversee and mentor a team of account managers and ad operations professionals to ensure the effective execution of advertising initiatives and outstanding client satisfaction.

Your position will require a combination of leadership, strategic planning, client relationship management, and operational oversight.


Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
Provide guidance, direction, and mentorship to a team of account managers and ad operations professionals. Cultivate a collaborative and supportive team atmosphere that promotes innovation, productivity, and professional development. Conduct regular performance assessments, offer constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for skill enhancement and training.

Client Relationship Management:
Work alongside account managers to formulate strategic account plans that align with clients' business goals and performance indicators. Supervise the resolution of client inquiries, escalations, and requests promptly and satisfactorily.

Campaign Strategy and Optimization:

Collaborate closely with account managers and ad operations specialists to devise effective advertising strategies that ensure client success and fulfill campaign objectives.

Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and pinpoint opportunities for optimization and enhancement. Provide strategic recommendations and insights to refine ad targeting, creative messaging, and budget allocation.

Operational Oversight:
Ensure compliance with established operational processes and best practices for campaign setup, delivery, and reporting. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, creative, analytics) to streamline workflows and tackle operational challenges. Implement quality assurance measures to uphold high standards of campaign execution and delivery.

Performance Reporting and Analysis:
Generate regular reports and performance insights for leadership, emphasizing key metrics, trends, and campaign optimizations. Conduct post-campaign brand analysis to assess performance trends and identify areas for future enhancement. Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

You Must Have: 5+ years in account management or a related field, demonstrating a successful track record in driving business growth and client satisfaction.

Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to meet performance targets.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment and maintenance of robust relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, analyze data, and develop actionable insights and recommendations.

Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adopting a proactive and results-oriented approach to achieving objectives.

Familiarity with Google Ad Manager.

Nice to Have(s): Technical expertise in client tag troubleshooting and creative asset management.

Understanding of how advertisers are purchasing media and the operational workflows involved in trafficking and reporting on advertising campaigns.

Knowledge of contextual and behavioral advertising trends and the evolving landscape surrounding audience data and privacy compliance.

The compensation for this position ranges from $151,000 to $315,000 per year and will vary based on factors such as location, skills, and experience.

The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonuses or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
