Job Title: Senior Customer Success Manager

At Netradyne, we're committed to delivering innovative solutions that drive customer success. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our clients achieve their goals and maximize their return on investment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the deployment and optimization of our platform to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Conduct regular executive business reviews to identify customer opportunities and provide strategic program recommendations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and consult with clients on change management, coaching workflows, and communication planning.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent cadence of customer touchpoints to expand and deepen our relationships and grow customer loyalty.
  • Protect and grow annual recurring revenue (ARR) for assigned accounts via strategic planning and identification of add-ons, up-sells, and customer renewals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager in a software solution and ongoing relationship management role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstratable ability to present complex topics and strategic directives to a customer leadership team.
  • Experience with pricing, c-level negotiations, and sales practices in SAAS environments.
  • Strong ability to build and nurture positive relationships with clients across all levels of their organization.
