Position Overview:
As a pivotal member of LeadVenture, the Senior Client Success Manager will play a crucial role in fostering strong partnerships with our enterprise clients. This position demands a proactive and dependable individual who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Success Management:
    Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring seamless communication between them and our internal teams. Provide tailored marketing assessments and solutions through various communication channels, including phone and web meetings.
  • Campaign Oversight:
    Monitor the performance of client campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure timely execution of deliverables and revenue targets.
  • Operational Excellence:
    Become an expert on all LeadVenture products, contributing to the development of new services as the company grows. Maintain high standards of professionalism and attention to detail in all interactions.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
  • A strong background in managing substantial marketing budgets and a deep understanding of digital advertising.
  • Experience in strategic client interactions, particularly with enterprise-level clients.
  • Proven track record in account management or similar client-facing roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and performance metrics.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience, particularly in consultative account management or client retention.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for public speaking and presentations.
