Job Summary:

This position plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our patients, embodying the mission of Cooper University Health Care. As a key contact person, you will be responsible for ensuring quality patient scheduling, providing positive telephone etiquette, and fostering customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and register patients, schedule appointments, and collect point-of-service copays.
  • Provide general information to patients and their families using AIDET principles.
  • Serve as a non-clinical navigator during discharge coordination, ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Requirements:

  • Computer literacy and excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Some knowledge of medical insurances and IDX systems is beneficial.
  • Experience in a medical environment is strongly preferred.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
