Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with nursing leadership and staff to promote best practices and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients, families, and visitors.
  • Assist with the organization and maintenance of patient belongings and valuables.

Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
