Job Summary:

The Patient Relations Liaison is responsible for ensuring the timely return of patient valuables and personal belongings upon discharge from our facility. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with our nursing leadership and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inventories of patient belongings and valuables
  • Ensure timely return of patient belongings and valuables upon discharge
  • Collaborate with nursing leadership and staff to identify performance improvement opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with the organization and maintenance of patient belongings and valuables

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field preferred
