- Support the delivery of the Jefferson Experience by promoting a positive and welcoming environment
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Adhere to HIPAA privacy and security requirements
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulatory standards
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Customer service and/or patient-facing healthcare experience preferred
