Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, ensuring quality scheduling, and maintaining positive interactions with patients and their families. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
  • Ensure quality patient scheduling and registration
  • Collect point-of-service copays and provide general information to patients
  • Serve as the front-line contact person for incoming patients
  • Coordinate patient discharge and provide non-clinical navigation
Requirements

Minimum one year of recent registration or billing experience in a medical facility is preferred. Proficiency in patient registration, scheduling, medical insurance pre-certifications, authorizations, and referrals is also preferred. Epic experience is a plus. Excellent organizational, written/verbal communication, and teamwork skills are essential.

Demonstrated performance of excellent customer service skills is required.

Education Requirements

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
