Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates various essential business operations by handling sensitive administrative tasks. This includes organizing, digitizing, and maintaining important contracts and financial documentation.
  • Assists in the daily management of cash flow through activities such as processing invoices, obtaining approvals, routing payments, and maintaining accurate records. This also involves monitoring and managing banking expenditure data.
  • Records and oversees all contract returns to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Contributes to the creation, design, and production of presentations and reports.
  • Provides general office assistance, which encompasses tasks such as answering phone calls, ordering supplies, and preparing outgoing mail.
  • Undertakes additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned to support the overall business objectives.
