Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our Commercial and Fleet Manager, including preparing sales proposals, coordinating client follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records.
- Vehicle Management: Schedule and track vehicle deliveries to clients, process associated invoices, and update information on delivery status into Excel.
- Financial Management: Process invoices into partner payment invoicing systems, track payments, and monitor bank spend data.
- Inventory Management: Monitor incoming inventory, both new and used, and prepare essential documents prior to arrivals.
- Security and Compliance: Maintain key security for the dealership by entering new vehicles and deleting sold units.
- General Office Support: Provide general office support, including telephone, supply ordering, and preparing mail.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Competitive hourly rate ($19.02 - $25.68 USD per hour)
