The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

Wholesale Coordinator:

Administrative positions aide the executive staff by coordinating Centralized Wholesale services, such as coordination/communication with Central Accounting, Central Billing, auctions, dealerships, transporters, and other vendors.

What will you do?
  • Inventory management
  • Arranges transportation, collection and correction of vehicle titles, and provides support to other cross-functional teams
  • Contributes to process development and improvement
  • Prepares reports including conclusions and recommendations for solution of wholesale administrative problems
  • Issues and interprets wholesale operating policies
  • Reviews and answers correspondence
  • May assist in preparation of budget needs and annual reports of the organization
  • May coordinate and direct services, such as maintenance, repairs, supplies, mail, and files
  • May compile, store, and retrieve management data, using a computer and paper records
  • All other duties as assigned by management
  • Understanding of auto auction process

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $21.43 - $31.07 USD per hour.
