Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Holman Inc. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our Commercial and Fleet Manager, including preparation of sales proposals, client follow-up, and other related tasks.
- Document Management: Maintain and update records, contracts, and other documents as needed.
- Financial Management: Assist with daily cash management, including invoice processing, approval, payment routing, and record maintenance.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including new and used vehicles, and prepare essential documents prior to arrivals.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, including scheduling and tracking vehicle deliveries, processing associated invoices, and updating information on delivery status.
- Special Projects: Assist with special projects as assigned, including creating, designing, writing, processing, and printing presentations.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Competitive hourly rate starting at $25.68 USD per hour
