Role Overview

As a Business Growth Executive, your primary responsibility will be to generate and nurture leads from various high-quality sources. You will engage with potential clients through multiple channels, utilizing advanced tools to facilitate communication.

Your role will involve converting leads, assisting customers, and identifying new business opportunities to meet monthly sales targets and enhance the organization’s revenue.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize digital marketing strategies to drive quality traffic and generate leads through both organic and paid methods.
  • Manage leads and customer interactions, conducting technical discussions via various communication platforms.
  • Conduct research and analysis to understand customer profiles and buyer personas.
  • Create self-help resources to streamline customer onboarding.
  • Develop and execute effective business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Establish new business relationships with top advertising and marketing agencies.
  • Prepare and present compelling business proposals to potential clients.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and network effectively.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a high-performing technology company or management consulting.
  • At least 3 years of experience in securing new business within the digital sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate complex business challenges.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A BA/BS degree from a recognized university; an MBA is a plus.
  • A proven track record in selling digital services to prominent brands.
  • A robust network of contacts in the advertising and marketing sectors.
