We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Growth Marketer with expertise in scaling SaaS products in their 1-10 journey. This is an in-office role based in Bangalore, India.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell.
• Build and lead a dynamic team to propel Peoplebox expansion and market penetration.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to enhance SEO, increase organic traffic, and generate MQLs.
• Grow inbound demand through website and blog optimization.
• Improve conversion rates from search results to website visitors, gated submit events, and activated trials.
• Develop and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience.
• Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
• Create, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, social, inbound marketing, and emails to drive lead generation.
• Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
• Propose new and improved marketing campaign ideas.

About You
• Proven experience in growth marketing in a SaaS company, preferably leading 1-10 journey.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software features.
• HTML/CSS, Canva hands-on experience is an advantage.
• Expertise in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics.
• Experience with Keyword Research Analysis.
• Proven skills with On-page/Off-page SEO.
• Creative thinker and problem solver.
• Efficient organizational and time management skills.
• Data-driven and research-oriented.
