Key Responsibilities
  • Implement business strategy and vision set by the Director, enhancing our market position and reputation.
  • Manage and grow the business, seamlessly integrating into our consulting side.
  • Sustain and maintain P&L accountability, owning revenue, culture, and operations of the division.
  • Oversee the studio's marketing and sales functions, as well as day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies and goals, driving revenue and pipeline stability.
  • Lead and role model key agency behaviours, values, and culture, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Process and product development, enhancing existing and adding new offerings to contribute to new clients and revenue.
  • Maintain budgets and optimize expenses, evaluating and improving operations and financial performance.
