About the Role

In this Director of Business Development position, you'll work closely with our Market Directors and Managers to identify and pursue new sales opportunities. You'll be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and managing client relationships. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet quarterly targets and drive sales growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Prospect, discover, and negotiate with potential clients to close deals.
  2. Develop and manage your own sales pipeline, working closely with our Market Directors and Managers.
  3. Oversee the implementation and account management of new sales opportunities.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our clients.
  5. Advise clients on how to maximize the value of Fooda's services, through strategic business alignment, innovation, and implementation.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a results-driven, performance-oriented individual with a proven track record in direct enterprise sales. You should have experience in sales or operations at a food services provider and be able to generate your own sales opportunities. Excellent communication skills, leadership experience, and a strong desire for customer satisfaction are essential.
