Job Title: Sales and Business Development Director

About the Role:

Dimensional Fund Advisors is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Director. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our investment solutions.
  • Present Dimensional's investment capabilities and performance to individual clients, at industry conferences, and other events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform our sales strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
