Key Responsibilities- Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives
- Negotiate service contracts with managed care organizations, government agencies, and other payers to ensure maximum reimbursement
- Team Leadership and Management
- Recruit, select, orient, and manage the marketing team
- Provide leadership in strategic planning and identify opportunities for service improvement
- Business Development and Growth
- Conduct market assessments and develop business growth strategies
- Build and maintain positive relationships with referral and payer sources
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Monitor community, customer, payer, and patient perceptions of Resolutions Hospice
- Monitor and report cost effectiveness of marketing efforts
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of three years of healthcare management experience
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct personnel
- Strong marketing and customer relations skills
- Knowledge of corporate business management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and public relations skills
- Autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation
