**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Representative to join our team at BMI Hospitality Management. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Check-In and Check-Out: Greet and welcome guests, complete check-in procedures, and ensure a smooth and efficient check-out process.
  • Customer Service: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about hotel amenities and services.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk operations, including handling financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure excellent guest service and a positive hotel experience.
  • Safety and Security: Adhere to safety and security procedures, report any incidents or concerns to management, and contribute to a safe and secure work environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new web applications and technology.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as required.
