Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Representative to join our team at BMI Hospitality Management. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Check-In and Check-Out: Greet and welcome guests, complete check-in procedures, and ensure a smooth and efficient check-out process.
  • Customer Service: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about hotel amenities and services.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk operations, including handling financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and provide excellent service to our guests.
  • Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure environment for our guests and staff, adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on providing exceptional service and resolving guest complaints.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
