Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding service to all hotel guests
  • Provide training and support to front office personnel as directed by management
  • Delegate tasks to Guest Service Representatives and monitor their performance to ensure compliance with franchise standards and hotel policies
  • Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out processes
  • Address all guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
  • Oversee guest accounts by accurately processing charges and managing cash and credit transactions


Schedule Flexibility Required:

Shifts may include mornings or evenings, weekends, and holidays.


Job Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Outgoing and friendly demeanor
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred
  • Customer service experience is required, ideally in a hospitality environment
