Location: Beautiful Olympia, Washington, surrounded by the stunning landscapes of the Puget Sound and Budd Inlet.
Compensation: The hourly wage is $29.40, influenced by various factors such as relevant experience, skills, and employment status. Additional compensation may be available for evening and weekend shifts.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Position Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks that support the Imaging Center's operations.
- Deliver compassionate and professional service to all patients and staff members.
- Efficiently manage a high volume of patient check-ins.
- Ensure the accuracy of patient demographic and insurance information.
- Collect and reconcile patient payments, addressing routine billing and insurance inquiries.
- Accurately process incoming orders in a timely manner.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Effectively de-escalate conflicts while recognizing when to seek assistance.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role is necessary.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in a medical office setting.
- Knowledge of medical insurance is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer skills and ability to multitask across various software applications.
- Exhibit a professional demeanor in all work-related interactions.
To ensure the safety of our staff and patients, all Health Care Setting Workers are required to receive a COVID-19 vaccination, with exemptions available.
