Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Front Desk Reception Team at South Sound Radiology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the overall Imaging Center
  • Provide exceptional service to patients and staff, consistently demonstrating a professional demeanor
  • Accurately process patient check-in, demographic, and insurance information
  • Collect and reconcile patient payments, responding to questions regarding routine billing and insurance matters
  • Enter incoming orders in a timely manner, meeting or exceeding performance metrics for quality, accuracy, and timeliness
  • De-escalate conflict situations with minimal supervisory assistance, recognizing when a situation requires additional support
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service position, required
  • Minimum 1 year medical office experience, preferred
  • Knowledge of medical insurance, preferred
  • Proficiency in computer skills, multi-tasking, and working with multiple software programs
