As a Verizon 5G Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in connecting customers with the wireless solutions they seek. Our Sales Consultants are recognized as the trusted wireless advisors for consumers, achieving sales through determination, innovation, and effective problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve or surpass sales targets by successfully closing deals, addressing objections, negotiating agreements, and promoting additional products and services.
- Engage potential customers in a friendly and inviting manner.
- Clearly articulate the advantages of our offerings to clients.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns, demonstrating understanding and resolving issues with empathy.
- Propose tailored solutions to enhance sales performance and boost customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to expand knowledge of our products, clientele, telecommunications services, promotional offers, and effective sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Sales, Wireless Sales, Telecommunications, Customer Service, or Client-facing roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Outgoing, confident, and enthusiastic personality.
- Skilled in presenting information to customers and closing sales effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to overcome objections, resolve issues, and enhance sales performance.
- Proactive individual with a positive attitude and a drive for success.
- Professional demeanor that is both charming and engaging.
- Willingness to remain on your feet for extended periods.
