This individual will manage and supervise Tanning Consultants to achieve company objectives and lead by example in all company operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a professional and impeccably clean salon environment.
  • Leadership and Coaching: Establish clear goals and objectives for Team Members, provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve Team Members' daily performance, and generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with other Salon Director functions.
  • Revenue Growth and Expense Control: Assist the Salon Director in controlling top line revenue and expenses, and help maintain proper staffing levels to ensure maximum productivity and excellent customer service while also controlling labor costs.
  • Client Experience: Lead by example in creating a client-centric experience, meeting personal sales expectations, and fostering a sense of urgency to achieve objectives.
Requirements
  • Management and Sales Experience: Proven track record in management and sales, with a strong understanding of client service techniques and operational practices.
  • Beauty Industry and Customer Service Experience: Experience in the beauty industry and/or customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook, and the ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership and Team Building: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and mentor, and a proven track record in team building and prioritization.
Physical Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment, lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes, and perform salon cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.
