Job Overview

At LabLynx, we are pioneering innovative solutions for the laboratory sector, and we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven sales consultant to join our team. This role involves managing product demonstrations, fostering relationships with clients and prospects, developing quotes, creating contracts, and completing RFIs/RFPs, as well as generating leads and closing sales.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of the sales cycle, experience in B2B sales, and confidence in public speaking, as this position frequently requires leading presentations, participating in trade shows, and networking with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads
  • Conduct product demonstrations for a diverse range of prospective clients
  • Collect software project requirements throughout the sales process
  • Prepare quotes and contracts for potential clients
  • Complete RFIs and RFPs efficiently
  • Maintain accurate contact records in HubSpot CRM
  • Represent LabLynx at industry trade shows

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of experience in sales
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, communication, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in B2B and/or software sales is advantageous
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM is a plus
  • A background in laboratory or science fields is beneficial
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven results
  • Comfortable leading cold calls and emails to qualify leads
