Position Overview

Helen Onwuzulike - State Farm Agent is looking for a qualified professional to fill the role of Insurance Account Representative. Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service, addressing inquiries related to insurance options, eligibility, policy modifications, claims, and billing.
  • Utilize a customer-centric approach to educate clients about various insurance products.
  • Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess customer needs, and promote suitable products and services.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving success daily.

Qualifications
  • Preferred experience in sales (including outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing)
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets
  • Interest in marketing insurance products tailored to customer needs
  • Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Passionate about the role of insurance and financial products in helping individuals manage everyday risks and achieve their aspirations
  • People-oriented and self-motivated
  • Proactive problem solver
  • Dedicated to providing excellent customer service
  • Attention to detail and timely completion of tasks
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Capability to connect with customers on a personal level
  • Bilingual candidates, particularly in Spanish, are preferred
  • Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty license
  • Must be able to obtain Life and Health license
