Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Effectively manage time to ensure all tasks and assignments are completed with professionalism and profitability while prioritizing daily responsibilities.
  • Handle all company financial and customer information with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Promote products and services through proactive communication with customers, including efforts to develop new business.
  • Oversee order processing, including invoicing duties.
  • Provide internal sales support by assisting front counter customers.
  • Exhibit strong telephone communication skills.
  • Offer support to various departments within the organization as needed.
  • Possess proficiency in PC usage, typing at least 40 words per minute (corrected), and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, as verified through appropriate assessments.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in data or order entry.
  • Understand basic accounting principles.
  • Perform filing and mailing tasks as required.
  • Adapt to changes in scheduled work hours; this position is for first shift with staggered start and stop times.
  • Be self-motivated, collaborative, and possess strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in helpdesk operations is a plus.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience in inside sales or customer service.

Compensation:

This position offers an hourly wage.
