About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Sales Manager to oversee and enhance our partnerships with channel partners and resellers in the security industry. This role is crucial for fostering collaboration, driving revenue growth, and ensuring mutual success between our company and our partners.
Main Responsibilities:- Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with channel partners and resellers, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Partner Enablement: Train and equip partners with the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to effectively sell and support our software solutions.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with partners to develop joint business plans, set sales targets, and execute strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Track partner performance against key metrics, provide regular feedback, and implement improvement plans as needed.
- Program Development: Design and implement partner programs, including incentives, certifications, and co-marketing initiatives, to drive engagement and growth.
- 5-7 years of proven experience in channel/partner management, sales, or a similar role within the software industry.
- Strong understanding of channel sales models and the dynamics of reseller relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute partner enablement strategies.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and partner management platforms.
