The Role

This Sales Accelerator position at Rippling presents an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to shaping the future of the broker channel program. As a key member of this initiative, you will be responsible for driving high-velocity sales cycles while navigating strategic partnerships.

Your primary objectives include:

  • Establishing strong relationships with Insurance Brokers
  • Buidling a pipeline of opportunities through referrals from broker partners
  • Managing pipeline in Salesforce to accurately forecast revenue
  • Running sales calls with short deck presentations and detailed product demos
  • Closing business and achieving quota attainment consistently
  • Becoming a product expert across our entire platform and understanding our competitor landscape
  • Collaborating closely with the Customer Success Management (CSM) team to ensure seamless transitions for new customers
What You'll Need

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, particularly in SaaS markets selling B2B
  • Experience carrying $1 million+ annual quota
  • A proven track record of success (top 10% of sales organization)
  • Previous experience selling HRIS/HCM software and/or security-related products
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Compensation and Benefits

Rippling offers a highly competitive On-Target Earnings (OTE) package, comprising base salary and variable pay. Our compensation structure includes a 60/40 commission split for base/variable pay, and aligned with one of the following ranges based on location: $200,000 per year (All Tiers).
