Commercial HVAC Sales Executive

Hisense USA is seeking a seasoned Sales Engineer to lead the development and growth of applied channel partnerships in the Southwestern United States. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our VRF and commercial/light commercial equipment sales through the applied representative channel, achieving regional sales and margin targets, and providing expert-level VRF engineering and design support to our customers.

This role requires a highly motivated and experienced individual who can build strong relationships with our customers, understand market needs and trends, and drive growth of our sales through the applied representative channel. Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth of our VRF and commercial/light commercial equipment sales through the applied representative channel.
* Provide expert-level VRF engineering and design support to our customers, including designing, bidding, and specifying projects with Hisense equipment.
* Build strong relationships with our customers, including specifying rep firms, channel partners, engineering firms, contractors, owners, architects, and key influencers in the region.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop the channel and solve problems, providing voice of the customer/market insight to optimize product and service offering and value proposition to the region.
* Qualify channel opportunities and manage the opportunity pipeline to ensure forecast accuracy and inventory availability.
* Represent the brand at industry events, growing our brand reputation and deepening existing relationships while building new ones.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree is required; Engineering background or PE preferred.
* 3+ years of progressive responsibility in sales, sales leadership, applied rep management, and/or large account management with a proven track record of growth and handling potentially large and/or complex commercial projects.
* Ability to travel within the regional market and up to 20% within the United States.
* Significant expertise in Commercial Air Conditioning industry with preferred experience in VRF space.
* Expert at relationship building and the business planning, bid, and project specification process with Rep Firms.
* Expert at in-person and remote presentations with the ability to inspire, persuade, and motivate others.
* Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently while supporting key business and leadership objectives.
* Demonstrated collaboration with functional departments as necessary (pricing, product, logistics, marketing, service, etc.).
* Sales, Operational, and technical knowledge of VRF and Commercial HVAC products and services and the ability to train others.
* Skilled at developing growth strategies and measuring results.
* Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
* Ability to determine true opportunity cost and present the total lifetime cost of ownership for equipment and services.
* Strong skills with Microsoft Office tools, such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams.
