Sales Channel Development Lead

We are looking for a Sales Channel Development Lead to join our team at Ruhrpumpen, Inc. This role will be responsible for developing and managing distribution sales channels and OEM accounts in the West Coast region.
Main Responsibilities:- Channel Development: Identify, evaluate, and recommend new distributors to expand our network.
- Sales Performance Management: Monitor and improve the performance of existing sales channels through data analysis and customer interactions.
- Training and Support: Provide regular sales training and support to distributor personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with distributors, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and goal achievement.
- Experience: At least 3 years' experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the pump industry.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in CRM systems.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
$130,000 - $200,000 per year, based on experience.
