Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Channel Account Manager to support the growth of our Channel Program in North America. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in channel account management, with a proven track record of success. This role will involve managing existing partner relationships, building new ones, and working closely with the sales team to generate pipelines.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, onboard, and enable ZeroFox channel partners through training, on-site meetings, and business plan reviews.
  • Produce and maintain territory plans to drive sales growth.
  • Manage and report on partner sales training, enablement certification programs, and market development funds (MDF) for channel marketing activities.
  • Prioritize and coordinate deal registration among partners and the ZeroFox sales team.
  • Develop and launch channel incentives and SPIF programs to drive sales performance.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in channel account management, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively articulate ZeroFox's value proposition to partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and make sound judgments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth and improve processes.
Salary and Benefits

This role comes with a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional development.
